What coaches say
C. Green

I found the ACC level report to be enlightening and immediately useful. It’s helping me rehearse the language I need around the exam and ICF standards. I already told a fellow credential student about it.

C. Green
ACC Candidate
W. Weatherburn

The Credential Prep experience gave me not only practical support, but also the confidence and mindset shift I needed on my journey.

W. Weatherburn

I’m doing the PCC practice exam right now and, oof, it’s both humbling and helpful. It’s showing me all the places that I’m getting it right and why, and where I need more practice.

The Practice Mode and the Blog information have both been super helpful.

Having recently passed my ICF credentialing exam for the MCC, I can confidently say this platform played an important role in my success.

The FOCAL/HINGE Framework is one of the best exam-preparation frameworks I have seen so far. It provides a practical way to think through ICF exam scenarios, especially when identifying the best and worst responses.

I'm in the MCC process right now. I built this instead of buying another $400 course.

When I started the MCC credentialing process, I needed a way to practice the exam and get real session feedback without paying $400 for a prep course built on static PDFs. That tool didn't exist, so I built it. I have just as much at stake in this being excellent as you do.

Every question, competency breakdown, and evaluation framework was built from the ground up to reflect what the exam and credential process test. Not just what sounds right.

02 · Transcript Evaluation

Your coaching, scored against ICF standards.

Paste any session. Get scored on all 8 competencies, with evidence pulled from your actual words.

A CCI confidence score on each competency: Calibrated against real assessor decisions. Not a summary.
Evidence from your transcript: Every finding tied to something you said.
Specific development areas: The exact moments where you missed the mark.
A 30-day action plan: Practice targets built from your actual gaps.

Calibrated Coaching Intelligence is what makes this evaluation different from a generic AI chat. It is scored against the actual ICF Core Competencies and the markers used at ACC, PCC, and MCC level, so the feedback lines up with how a real evaluator would read your session.

Why not just use generic AI?

Calibrated Coaching Intelligence beats generic AI. Every time.

03 · Evaluation Tutor

Drill the exact moments where you keep feeling shaky.

Pick a competency. Coach a live calibrated client. Get assessor-level feedback after every exchange.

A client that pushes back: Won't let vague questions or advice slip by.
One competency at a time: Stay focused on the skill you're drilling.
Feedback after every exchange: What landed. What an assessor would flag.
Keep going until it clicks: Reset and retry the same moment.
04 · Coaching Log

Track your hours. Document the work.
It's free for everyone.

PCC requires 500 coaching hours. MCC requires 2500. ICF asks for documentation: client type, session duration, dates logged. Tracking this in a spreadsheet works until it doesn't, and the consequences of incomplete records at application time are real.

CredentialPrep includes a session log that handles the record-keeping for you. Log a session in under a minute. Switch between ACC, PCC, and MCC modes to see your progress against each threshold. Export everything to CSV when your application is ready.

Session log with client records: Each entry captures date, duration, client, and session type. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Credential progress tracker: Switch between ACC (100 hrs), PCC (500 hrs), and MCC (2500 hrs) modes. See exactly where you stand.
CSV export: Download your full log at any time. ICF applications require documentation: this is it.
Email receipt on every session: A confirmation to your inbox every time you log. A paper trail without the paper.
Free. No card required. No plan needed.

The credential process is hard. It doesn't have to be a mystery.

The exam and your session evaluations test specific, learnable behaviors. CredentialPrep is built to show you what those are, and let you practice them before it counts.

Common questions

What coaches ask.

Is this ICF-approved?

No. CredentialPrep is an independent study tool built from publicly available ICF Core Competency documentation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the ICF or Pearson VUE.

How is this different from just using generic AI?

Generic AI doesn't know the ICF exam format, the situational judgment structure, or what assessors look for at each credential level. CredentialPrep is built specifically for this exam. Questions are calibrated to real exam style, and the transcript evaluation is grounded in ICF marker rubrics, not generic feedback.

Will this help me pass?

Coaches who use it consistently report the questions feel very close to the real exam. Any paid subscriber who practices for two months comes with a guarantee: if you don't pass your ACC or ICF Credentialing Exam, we refund you.

Read: How to pass the exam on the first try

What is the pass guarantee?

Any paid subscriber active for two consecutive months who doesn't pass their ACC or ICF Credentialing Exam can claim a full refund of those two months ($38 for Exam Plan, $78 for Complete). Email credentialprepicf@gmail.com with subject line 'Guarantee Claim' and a screenshot of your results within 30 days of receiving them.

I'm already an experienced coach. Is this too basic?

This is built for experienced coaches. The credential process is notoriously frustrating for coaches who are excellent in the room but struggle to translate that into the exam format. This app helps you close that specific gap, not your coaching ability.

Read: Why experienced coaches miss the worst answer

How long should I plan for exam prep?

Most candidates land in the 4 to 12 week range depending on how recent their training is and how aligned their day-to-day coaching is with the ICF frame. Recent training and ICF-aligned coaching can mean 4 to 6 weeks; longer gaps or non-ICF backgrounds usually need 10 to 12.

Is my coaching data private?

Transcripts are processed via Anthropic's API and not stored by CredentialPrep. Practice scores are saved locally in your browser only. We don't collect or sell your data. Remove client names before pasting any transcript.
