Terms of Use

CredentialPrep is an independent study tool for coaches preparing for International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ICF or Pearson VUE. Our Competency Course is approved by ICF as a Continuing Coach Education program for 10 CCE hours. Practice questions, frameworks, and rubrics are based on publicly available ICF documentation.

Exam Prep is a one-time payment of $60 USD for 60 days of access, billed through Stripe. If CredentialPrep is not the right fit, email credentialprepicf@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Effective 2026-07-29, the refund window on Exam Prep is 3 days. If you purchased before 2026-07-29, your purchase stays covered by the 7-day refund window that was in place when you bought.

Complete is a monthly subscription of $59 USD, billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued except as expressly provided by the Pass Guarantee in Section 3.

The Exam Prep plan ($60, one-time) includes a pass guarantee. If you complete the full prep sequence, take the ICF credentialing exam, and fail, CredentialPrep will refund your purchase. The Complete plan is not eligible.

All content on CredentialPrep, including but not limited to practice questions, answer explanations, study guides, the FOCAL/HINGE framework, ICF competency frameworks, AI evaluation rubrics, AI system prompts, and all software code, is original work authored by DG Development LLC and is protected under copyright law. All rights reserved.

Purchasers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for individual study use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, screenshot, or distribute any content

• Share, sell, or sublicense content or account access

• Use content to create competing products or training materials

• Extract or reverse-engineer questions, rubrics, or prompts

Coaching transcripts submitted for evaluation are processed via Anthropic's Claude API. We keep the transcript itself for 30 days after scoring so you can come back to it with the Evaluation Tutor. Then we delete the full transcript. If you upload a recording to be transcribed, we keep that audio for 30 days after you upload it, then delete it. One optional exception: you can switch on "Keep my transcripts" under Account, then Privacy, to keep it longer and track your progress. If you do, we store the full transcript of each evaluation you run after that until you delete it yourself, which you can do any time from that evaluation. Your client's permission for the evaluation does not cover this longer storage, so keeping it is your own choice. Your report and scores are not affected either way. The generated report, including the lines it quotes from your session as evidence, is what's saved to your account, so you can revisit it under Past evaluations. The quoted lines stay in the report after the 30 days. The report is also emailed to you, with a PDF that includes the full annotated transcript. Anthropic's commercial terms apply to API processing and do not permit training on customer inputs or outputs. We strongly recommend removing all client names, contact details, and identifying information before submitting any transcript.

If you're signed in, practice scores and evaluation history sync to your account. We do not sell or share personal data beyond the vendors needed to run the service. See our Privacy Policy and subprocessors page for the full picture.

CredentialPrep does not guarantee that use of this product will result in passing any ICF exam. The Pass Guarantee is a limited refund commitment, not a guarantee of exam success. Individual results will vary based on time invested, prior coaching experience, and other factors outside our control.

CredentialPrep shows a cookie banner. If you are in the United States, analytics and advertising tools start by default and you can opt out any time on the banner. Everywhere else, and when we cannot tell where you are, they load only if you press Accept. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the use described below.

• Essential: your sign-in session is kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, so you stay logged in between visits.

• Analytics and advertising (on by default in the United States until you opt out, elsewhere only if you press Accept): Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog show us which pages and features get used and whether our ads work, so we can improve the product. See the Privacy Policy for details.

• Error tracking: Sentry catches bugs and crashes. It does not use cookies for this. On a small sample of sessions it also records a screen replay so we can reproduce a bug.

• Payments: Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to detect fraud. We never see or store your card details.
