What you get back
- An overall impression of the session and the risks it sees, read at the credential level you chose.
- How many markers (the behaviors ICF looks for) you met in each of competencies 3 to 8, with the evidence from what you said.
- What is working, where to focus next, and the exact moments you missed.
- A practice plan: before your next session, over the next month, and to bring to your mentor coach.
- A flag on ethics moments (competency 1) that could put a submission at risk, and a note on coaching mindset (competency 2).
How it works
Add your session by pasting the text, uploading a transcript file (text, Word, PDF, RTF, VTT or SRT), or uploading an audio recording, which we turn into a transcript for you. Transcripts need timestamps and speaker labels. Exports from Zoom, Teams and Otter.ai include them, or you can write them by hand like this: [0:00] Coach: ...
If you upload a recording, please confirm everyone on it agreed to be recorded. Audio is deleted within 24 hours.
Calibrated Coaching Intelligence is our name for the method: it is calibrated to ICF marker standards, not generic AI guessing. That is why ACC, PCC and MCC each get read at their own bar.
What it is not
The report is an overall impression. It is not a pass or fail prediction and it is not an official ICF score. Use it to find what to work on before you record or submit.
