Pass Guarantee

Who qualifies

The guarantee covers the Exam Prep plan only ($60, one-time). The Complete plan is not eligible. This is a hard product-line boundary: if you want the guarantee, the path is to purchase Exam Prep.

The guarantee is for candidates who did the work and got an unlucky result. It is not a backstop for candidates who bought the product and didn't use it.

Three requirements

All three proofs must be submitted together in a single claim. A request missing any one of them will not be processed until all three are in hand.

1. 100% course completion. Every lesson in the CredentialPrep course is marked complete in your account. No partial-completion refunds.
2. 75% or more of the question bank attempted. At least 75% of the practice questions available for your credential level (ACC or PCC/MCC) have been attempted, not just viewed. Paused questions count only if they were answered before pausing.
3. Your official ICF exam result showing a failing score. A screenshot or scan of the official result notification from ICF or Pearson VUE. The document must show your name and the fail result. Screenshots of the result email are acceptable.

What the guarantee does not cover

• The Complete plan (any tier, any usage pattern).
• Candidates who did not complete the course or attempted fewer than 75% of the question bank.
• Exam application fees, mentor coaching costs, or any third-party costs.
• Candidates who changed their mind about pursuing the credential.
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after receiving the official result.

How it works

Submit the form below with all three proofs. Danny reviews every claim manually and will respond within a few business days. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe. Your account access is removed when the refund is processed.
