Pass Guarantee

If you finish the course, answer at least 75% of the practice questions for your credential level, sit the ICF credentialing exam and fail, we refund your $60.
Who qualifies
The guarantee covers the Exam Prep plan only ($60, one-time). The Complete Plan is not eligible. If you want the guarantee, buy the Exam Prep plan.
The guarantee is for candidates who did the work and still didn't pass. It is not a backstop for candidates who bought the product and didn't use it.
Three requirements
All three proofs must be submitted together in a single claim.
- 100% course completion. Every lesson in the CredentialPrep course is marked complete in your account. No partial-completion refunds.
- You answered at least 75% of the practice questions for your credential level. Answered, not just opened. A paused question counts only if you answered it before pausing.
- Your official ICF exam result showing a failing score. A screenshot or scan of the official result notification from ICF or Pearson VUE. The document must show your name and the fail result. Screenshots of the result email are acceptable.
What the guarantee does not cover
- The Complete Plan (any tier, any usage pattern).
- Candidates who did not finish the course or answered fewer than 75% of the practice questions.
- Exam application fees, mentor coaching costs, or any third-party costs.
- Candidates who changed their mind about pursuing the credential.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after receiving the official result.
How it works
Submit the form below with all three proofs. Danny reviews every claim manually and will respond within a few business days. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe. Your account access is removed when the refund is processed.
