Lizzie Pawsey
Lizzie Pawsey is an experienced ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), mentor coach and coach supervisor with over 2,500 hours of coaching experience. She brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in global organisations including Diageo, Britvic and Pernod Ricard, where she held senior marketing and HR roles. This commercial background, combined with her executive coaching experience, gives her a grounded understanding of the organisational contexts in which many coaches operate, including the challenges of working with senior leaders and navigating complex corporate environments. Lizzie provides individual and group mentor coaching, supporting coaches working towards ICF credentials, credential renewal and ongoing professional development. She works with coaches to review recorded sessions, reflect on their practice against the ICF Core Competencies and identify opportunities to strengthen their coaching skills and presence. As an associate faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), Lizzie has delivered both the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and the Advanced Practitioner programme. This has given her extensive experience observing coaching practice, assessing coaching capability and providing developmental feedback to coaches at different stages of their professional journey. She brings a strong understanding of what makes coaching effective and how to support coaches to develop greater confidence, depth and mastery. Lizzie is also an experienced coach supervisor, working with internal and independent coaches. Her work includes supporting Microsoft's and HSBC’s global internal coaching community, helping coaches deepen their reflective practice, navigate professional and organisational challenges and maintain high standards of coaching.
