I am an executive coach, leadership educator, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a background in adult learning and development. I have been a mentor coach since 2016 and support coaches on the credential path through reflective dialogue and evidence-based feedback grounded in the ICF Core Competencies. My approach goes beyond evaluating coaching skills to helping coaches recognize their strengths, notice patterns, and become more intentional in their practice.
