I am a systemic executive and team coach, accredited coaching supervisor, facilitator and leadership development professional with 15+ years of international experience supporting leaders, leadership teams, teams of teams and coaching practitioners through complexity, transformation and organisational growth. My career spans banking, professional services, retail, IT, public relations, NGOs and consultancy, giving me a strong understanding of organisational dynamics across industries, cultures and economic environments. Previously Leadership Development and Internal Coaching Manager at PwC Romania, I designed leadership development initiatives and coached executives, leadership teams and coaches across Central and Eastern Europe. I continue to collaborate with PwC externally as faculty for the Business Coaching Diploma in Romania and Poland and the Team Coaching Diploma in Romania, and as an executive coach on regional leadership programmes. Over the past decade, I have partnered with 300+ leaders, managers and coaches across 20+ countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. My work focuses particularly on leadership teams and interconnected systems, strengthening alignment, trust, decision-making, collaboration and collective leadership.
